Countdown

Posted: 2013-06-28 – 4 Comments

Practicing for the countdown to the 10th anniversary of this blog. My first post went live on June 30, 2003. Looking back at over 720+ posts, some of them cringeworthy after all this time, some more resembling Tweets (except that there was no Twitter then), many still relevant. Thank you to the translation blog pioneers who inspired me a decade ago, and thank you to all my readers, commenters, and RSS subscribers. It’s been a trip.

Wow – so about as old as WordPress then! Have you used WP since the June 2003?

I started out on pre-Google Blogger and changed to WordPress in 2005.

You were really living on the bleeding edge way back in 2003!
